Is there coverage for your services? ​
​

I am a registered health care professional..  Therefore, most services are covered by your extended insurance benefits.  However, OHIP does not cover any services offered at the clinic.  A receipt for services rendered is provided at the time of payment with all necessary information for insurance purposes.

What methods of payment are available?​
​

I accept cash, cheques, Visa, Mastercard and debit. Payment is required at the time of service.

How do I book an appointment?​
​

Our full time receptionists are available to answer your questions and book your appointments by phone.  All emails and voicemails will be returned within one business day.

Do I need a referral to use your services?
​

No referrals are required to book an appointment with me.  However, some insurance providers require a letter of referral from your family physician for you to obtain reimbursement.  Please check with your insurance provider for any special requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?
​

Your time is valuable and so is ours.  We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments otherwise the full fee will be charged for a missed appointment.
